KEEP UP WITH MAINTENANCE USING OPERATOR CHECKLISTS

What?

Operators can fill out forms electronically and sent to Plant Floor Managers automatically. Braincube can keep record of what forms have and have not been completed.

How?

Create a form using Braincube cloud and ask your Consultant to set up an operator checklist in Braincube Studio.

Why?

Operator Checklists are created for Operators and Plant Floor Managers to quickly check in on whether their maintenance forms are being completed in a timely manner. Plant Floor Managers can receive a notification of the forms completion and a link to the relevant form in Edge.

What Information do Consultants Need?

Consultants will ask for the following:
-Which Braincube server is being used
-Which IoT Server is being used
-The relevant form that will be put into the system
-When and how frequently the form needs to be reset
