Braincube Transfer has automatic updates integrated but can sometimes miss the updates for different reasons.
If you encounter any issue with the software and the Braincube team asks you to update your Braincube Transfer, here is the procedure :
- Download the latest version : Braincube Transfer installer
- Close the graphical interface of your Braincube Transfer (if opened)
- Go to the Windows Services and stop Braincube Transfer service
- Start the installation of your Braincube Transfer and choose the same directory as the one already installed
- Once done, you can restart your graphical interface. This should automatically restart the windows service. If not, you also have to restart the windows service.
