HOW TO DO A MASSIVE EXPORT/IMPORT ?

You can export a report of your production standards by clicking here:

You will download an excel document with 3 sheets inside:

• SPCSET: the list of your production standards with some basic information (name, description, activation date, memory base).

• SPCSET_CONDITION: the list of the variables used in a filter.

• SPCSET_VARIABLE: the list of the variables used in yours productions standards, with the limits.
  Do not change the Dataproperty_ID on this file.

Massive import

You have the possibility to import production standards with an excel file. It is useful if you have lots of production standards to create.

If you want to use it, you need to make a request to have the option activated on a ToDo.

1. Export the report of your production standards by clicking here:

3. Fill in the file, using the same format (do not change the dataproperty_ID column).
   To find the Dataproperty_ID, export the dataproperties on Data => Variable, cf How to export the dataproperties of the variables in a database?
4. Click on the "Importation" button and select your file.
