We have to modify the identifyer of all databases into IDMX for mid-2020 in order to migrate all databases on the new importation service (Export CSV Braincube : See Up)

Steps to follow
1/ Stop all "exports CSV" of the MX : put them on "NO" variables if you don't want to stop feeding the Lives, otherwise stop all threads.
2/ Wait for all files for all databases to be in "Partially imported" or in "Files importation" sections in Braincube

3/ Create IDMX by clicking on "Create IDMX reference"

This action creates the variable IDMX in Numerical, fill the HF key, import IDMX values from MX and switch the identifier in IDMX.
If you have an error message like below, then you have to follow all following steps, otherwise go to the step 7/.
It means that Braincube is not able to find exactly the same current identifier in the database that is in MX, and can't import IDMX values.
Possible root causes :
- you don't have the same number of lines
- the index are not exactly the same in both sides
=> it can happen due to structuration modification - your lines are not all in Ready status

4/ As your database is not the exact mirror of your MX table, you have to empty your database by clicking on the "Clear base" button :

5/ Now you have to restart your braincube and check again that you always have 0 lines. You can also check if the current identifier is empty in the Chart module.
=> If your database has a black cross like below, you have to restart it again :

6/ Now you can create your IDMX by clicking on "Create IDMX reference".

7/ You can check if the identifier has been changed and you have to fill the HF Key : it's mandatory to display the calculated variables in Lives.
It is possible that the IDMX has been created but the identifier has not been modified. In that case please change it manually.

8/ You can now switch your export to "Export CSV Braincube" and put it on "All" variables again :

9/ If you went from Steps 4 to 6, you can launch your export for all historical data, but you have to be sure that all your lines that have to be exported are READY !!
Tip :
You can follow the importation of your files in the Monitoring
