Dials screen
By default, the Braincube Live screen will appear in "Dials" mode. You will visualize all of the variables of every activated rule (HPC and SPC) for the current product or condition.
By default, the variables are organized by criticality. Variables are arranged with lowest % effort (red) for the time period first. This can be changed in the Live display settings in order to organize the dials by alphanumeric order.
The default orientation is horizontal (left to right) but can be changed to vertical in Live display settings.
The default name is the LOCAL name.

- Name of the Live
- Status: LIVE (current product) or NEXT (simulating the dials for the next product)
- Display modes
- Timeline: Selects the period over which effort %'s are calculated. If dials are grouped by criticalness the period selected may change the order of dials. (Run refers to the start time of the current product)
- Add a variable to the screen (for local follow up by the operator)
- Variables relevant to the current production, organized from red to green on the screenshot (criticality) (see "configuration of the Live"). The timeline can have an effect on the order of the dials as they are ordered by the application rate even in the same color.
NOTE: If the variable is grey, we do have a microfilter activated (see article “How to define a micro filtered variable?”) or it is reading from a line older than the most recent line.
NEXT Mode
In the NEXT mode, you can simulate the product that will be produced after the current Run. It shows the ranges that should be targeted for the product selected. In simulation mode, the system switches back to Live mode after 5min.

Table screen
The table mode is split into 2 sections. Each section can have its own timeline settings.
Left side: (1) current values and specification limits and (3) the effort in the last hour .
Right side: historical values for the last week (3). The durations refers to the index of the aggregated database. In this example, it is an aggregated 10 min database: 10 min = 1 point.
Additionally, in the title (2) you can add variables such as the product name, or part ID. (see "configuration of the Live")
The variables in that screen are grouped by rule or by theme. (see "configuration of the Live")
On this example, the tables are sorted by criticality. (see "configuration of the Live")

Charts screen
The charts mode is split into 2 sections. Each section can have its own timeline settings.
Left side: (1) historical values in the chosen duration (2) Index or Timeplot
Right side: current minute values for the chosen time frame. (3) The blue point indicates the most recent value (4)
On this example, the graphs are sorted by criticality (see "configuration of the Live")

Rules screen
The variables in this page are grouped by rule or theme, and organized by criticality (from red to green)
