If you click on a variable on the screen with all the variables of your specification (cf the article How to see the control cards - SPC Level 2):

Capture%20d%E2%80%99e%CC%81cran%202023-02-23%20a%CC%80%2010.18.03

  1. Centering chart
  2. Dispersion chart
  3. Histogram of the variable values
  4. Table of triggered alerts
    • It presents which SPC alerts have been triggered on the SPC charts (Among the ones selected in the alert configuration panel)
    • This helps understanding the process variability, and taking the appropriate actions, as some alerts are not easily visually detectable
    • It also reminds the alert configuration threshold (Nb of points selected) as well as the criticality of the alert (red/Yellow)
    • For AIAG rule 1, dispersion card is also tested, then the table will specify which card is concerned

And the last part is composed by information about your variable (variable properties, conditions and events)

More information about the centering and dispersion charts in the article How to choose the correct control chart?

B. The stability card and the stability control

Settings, from left to right:

  1. Type of control card, stability control, type of specifications (internal or customer).
  2. Legend and information about your cards
  3. Alerts activation
  4. Events (refer to How to remove data from your control card using an event for more information)
