You can only break a graph using category variables.
Click on the " Break chart" icon:
Search for the category variable you want to break your chart on :
Choose the modalities on which you would like to break the chart, click on "Apply" :
A chart is displayed for each of the modalities in the category variable, filtered on this modality:
Please note, when working with an Impact Lift Chart in the Charts App, the "Break Chart" function may reverse the colors of the Impact Lift Chart after the break is done. Because the "Break Chart" function's colors do not designate when something is good or bad, only delineates the two categories, sometime the colors may switch for the categories themselves. If you run across this, the Chart is functioning as intended.
Once you break the Chart, you have the possibility to align Y axis scales of each chart :
- scale axes to fit the data in each charts (default)
- or use the same minimum and maximum values on all charts
