When you submit a form, a csv result file is generated and sent to Braincube. In order to see that data in Braincube, it must be structured.
If you created a new form, please :
1/ Submit a ToDo to work with a Braincube Data Architect to structure the data as desired:
Project : a project name (if you don’t have a project already created, you have to ask your Data Architect)
Assignee : Assign it to your Data Architect
Due date : you can add a due date if needed
In comment:
- On which database(s) do you want to add the variables ?
- From which BrainForm name ?
Attached document: The data properties file completed (Use the "File Headers" from each field to identify entries)
2/ Submit your Form the first time with all fields filled even if data is not correct. This action is necessary to send and create all variables in Braincube. Values of this first sent will not be take into account.
If you have a timestamp entry on your form and would like that used as the timestamp index for the other form data, be sure to specify that.
If you want new Braincube tags created from the Form data, please :
1/ Submit a ToDo in the Service section
Project : Service
Topic: Data
Assignee : it will be automatically assigned to the Braincube support team
Due date : For urgency only, you can add a due date in the comments:
-On which database(s) do you want to add the tags?
-Coming from which file?
Attached document: The dataproperties file completed (Use the "File Headers" from each field to identify entries)
2/ Submit your form to Braincube with a value for each new field.
