What is the difference between scenarios and a mono-objective analysis? In a mono-objective analysis, your good points and bad points are separated by defining an objective on one variable. For instance : "I want to know what conditions makes my defect rate R to be < 23%".
In a scenario analysis, you can define an objective for each modality of an other variable. Example:
- R < 20% for product A
- R < 13% for product B
- R < 50% for product B.
In our example, the variable is "Month" and we will define a different objective for each season.
Note: only category variables allows to create scenarios.
- Go to the Analysis module and click on "Create an analysis".
- Select "Scenarios".
- Select the variable you want to optimize.

- Define the analysis period, the conditions and the events.
- Define your scenario.

- Define the objectives for each scenario.

- Select the variables you want to include to your analysis (one by one, using a data group or a localization).
- Name your analysis and click on "Save".
