When you create a task, you cannot immediately insert a permalink.
You can do this later, after the creation:
- Open your task, if you don't know how to find it, go to How to search for a task?.
- Go to your chart, click on the icon and copy the link.
- Return to your task, click on the icon (1) and paste the link (2).
You also have the possibility to directly paste the link into a comment.
You can click on the "send" icon, or you can add a person in "Comment and assign to" and send it (3).
If you are in the project "Service", the task will be directly assigned to "Service team". You can not assign it to a Braincube person.
