You can create a new To-Do for the Service team. When you create the ToDo,please add a filled out version of the Braincube Add Tags Template sheet to complete this request. Using a different method might result in a longer process of adding tags to your database.
If you're uploading an excel file to To-Do that is in an .xls format, and has the first worksheet labeled "DATAPROPERTY" (I.E., it "looks" like a Data Property sheet generated by Braincube) then To-Do will do the same check as a Braincube does to ensure that the Data Property file "belongs" to the Braincube which is being interacted with (by looking for the "second" worksheet in the file to include this information). This is the same check as uploading Data Property files to a Braincube's DATA module directly to add or modify tags.
If you are having trouble uploading your .xls formatted sheet to your To-Do, please make sure the first worksheet is not labeled as DATAPROPERTY. If you have any further questions, please reach out to your Consultant or the Service Team.
