If your account is blocked, it means that you have entered a wrong password 5 times consecutively (if the setting has not been changed).

You must wait 30 minutes by default (if the setting has not been changed) before you can register to Braincube.
Be careful, if you enter the wrong password more than five times, the 30-minutes time will increase.
In case of an emergency, if you have a non admin profile, you can ask the administrator to make a request on ToDo to unlock the account.
If you are an administrator, do a request to unlock by email to the following address: support@braincube.com.
