On the administration app, you can manage the grants of the users.
To add grants, you need to:
- be admin on the Braincube.
- be admin on the product you want to grant somebody (for example, you can grant somebody on a data repository only if you are granted as ADMIN on it).
Braincube will only give grants to users on IoT Servers Cloud (because you have only access USER on it. You can create a todo to ask for a new grant on an IoT Server Cloud.
- Click on your initials, then click on "Administration".
- Choose the user, and click on "Manage grants".
- Then you can choose the product (Braincube, IoT server, Data repository), and select the profile.
You can give temporary grants by defining a validity period.
